GAME / MATCH FEES & RAINOUT POLICY

The following game fees are what our local leagues and tournaments typically use. Referees should always confirm with their assignor what game fees a particular competition is using. 

Nearly all competitions, including those sponsored by CMSRA, require referees to fill out a W9. You can find the form by clicking here.
