Kyle Hess
Oversees CMSRA and the Executive Board.

Kyle has been a referee since 2006, served as a State Referee from 2011 to 2015, actively referees in USSF and NISOA competition, and is a USSF Certified Instructor. In his real live, he is a Business Analyst in the mortgage industry.

Ken Hammond
Acts as a liaison between CMSRA and other organizations.

Ken has been a referee since 2011, and has also been heavily active in the soccer community through coaching, being a parent, and serving on the Sporting Columbia board. In his real life, Ken is the Director of Security at a local college.

Rick Gowdy
Keeps records of all CMSRA decisions and correspondence.

Rick has been a referee since 2008, and has served consecutively on the CMSRA board since 2011. Rick is supremely passionate about the youth game, and can always be found doing his part to help kids enjoy the beautiful game. In real life, Rick serves as a Director for mental health research for the State of Missouri.

John Gillispie
Oversees all CMSRA financial matters.

John has been a referee since 1989, including time as a USSF State Referee. He has refereed at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels in 9 states. In his real life, John serves as the Executive Director in the educational technology industry.

Angie Gatts
Responsible for training and recruitment.

Angie has been a referee since 1980, at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels. She is an active USSF Assignor in Central Missouri, and also serves as Vice President of CMISOA. In real life, Angie is an educator at a local university-model school.

Josh Garton

Josh has been a referee since 2009, and has served on the CMSRA board consecutively since 2012. He is an active referee and assignor in Central Missouri. In real life, Josh is a Structural Engineer.

Brad Meister

Brad has been a referee since 2009, and referees at the youth and high school levels. He has represented the Missouri Referee Development Program at the USYSA Region II Championships, and was the 2013 MYSA Male Young Referee of the Year. In his real life, Brad is a university student pursuing a degree in journalism.
